Measures to ensure that agricultural value chains, and the communities that depend on them, are resilient in the face of shocks and emergencies and have access to adequate nutrition and social protection is a core function of the State. Strategic Axis 6 deals with Public Sector investments that can ensure that these responsibilities are fulfilled in the agricultural sector.
